SHIPPING POLICY:
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 within Auckland or $9.20 within other regions of New Zealand. Depending on the weight of the item/s you may pay up to $16.00 for a track-and-trace delivery.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email to confirm your shipment with tracking details.
Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days depending on your location and processing time, so be mindful that orders will take approximately 6 working days to arrive at your home address. This is because every item is handmade. Please allow extra time for delivery to rural areas.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
We currently only ship within New Zealand for website orders. Please use the contact menu for any international customers, and I can quote you the delivery cost for the items you would like to purchase.
Made to order and commission pieces may take up to 2 weeks, please contact us to discuss.
Due to your item being packaged, folds or kinks may appear on your hanging. Hang your item, simply and gently straighten it out using your fingers. Some of the tassels and fringing may need a light brush with a fine-tooth comb.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received your order damaged.
RETURN POLICY:
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If the item purchased is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumers Guarantees Act. Please contact me via the contact menu.
